Victorian Toilet mirror

A Victorian toilet mirror with cylinder fronted drawers. This mirror had been in direct sunlight in a south facing bedroom window for a few decades and had suffered from bleaching to the back of the top edge and sides, with the inevitable glue failure to both veneer and joints. The veneers were repaired and stabilized where necessary, the whole mirror reassembled and re-glued and then re-polished. The original patinated glass was retained, as per the client's wishes.
