Furniture Restoration & Repair
Whether it’s a small job such as a chair leg that needs re-gluing or a full constructional re-build of a large wardrobe or chest of drawers, we can undertake all restoration and repair work using both traditional and modern methods and materials. We carry a large stock of old furniture for salvaging suitable parts and reclaimed wood for authentic repairs. We also have large stocks of brass furniture fittings and can source long discontinued and handmade Georgian and Victorian period brass-ware. Working alongside local upholstery firms we are happy to work hand in hand on upholstery restoration projects that need the relevant repairs and french polishing work prior to re-upholstery and recovering.
